At Froz Bites, we take great care in providing high-quality freeze-dried candy to our customers. Due to the unique nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for freeze-dried candy once it has been purchased.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will review the situation and, if necessary, provide a resolution such as a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper handling after delivery (e.g., exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or mishandling).
